Plugins directory is found at: appsredminehtdocsplugins (eg C:BitNamiredmine-2.3.0-0appsredminehtdocsplugins) Alternating from the commands above (because bitnami does not set your environment variables etc) open up command prompt: change to your bitnami installation directory (eg c:bitnamiredmine-2.3. The Redmine version is 4.2.3-38 The CRM plugin version is 4.3.4 When I run bundle install -without development test RAILSENVproduction as explained in the plugin README. Btw, I feel that the link to the MyLyn connector from the Klaros documentation (part 1 below) is a bit ambiguous. I’m trying to install RedmineUp CRM plugin to a new clean Bitnami Redmine installed with Bitnami launchpad.

When executing the rake command It seems some of the required gems are missing. 2.3.3-1 and those unfortunate plugins (I also do believe that this was the cause). I have followed all the steps as per the Bitnami Redmine Wiki help page and the instructions as per the DMSF on GitHub with no success.

I will try to backtrack the Redmine settings so that just 2 possible causes will be left - redmine 2.3.3-0 vs.

It works now! The issue was created from Klaros. I had some troubles with removing the plugins, so I have rather cleaned and reinstalled the whole Redmine configuration from scratch (without installing those plugins) - see the full process below.
